Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SocialReels (“SocialReels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) — our website, request-based fulfillment service, custom-build engagements, and related AI-powered video generation features (together, the “Service”). By submitting a request or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SocialReels. You don't need an account to submit a request through our public request form; that only requires a valid name and email address.

2. How the Service works

SocialReels is offered in a few ways:

  • Request-based fulfillment — you submit photos and details through our public request form; we generate your marketing video and deliver it to you.
  • Custom-build engagements — a brand, business, or agency can inquire about a branded or fully-owned version of the platform, scoped and delivered as an individual project.

3. Payments

Request-based fulfillment — pricing is shown to you before you submit a request and depends on which services you select and, for a marketing video, which template you choose. After you submit, we email you an invoice and, once it's ready, a payment link. Work is delivered once payment is received.

Custom-build engagements — offered at a fixed, one-time price per plan, agreed and invoiced as part of that individual engagement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload photos or other content you don't have the right to use, or that depict people without their consent;
  • Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes on someone else's rights;
  • Upload, generate, or attempt to generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content, or content sexualizing a minor — this applies regardless of the source photo, and we may suspend or terminate any account used to attempt it;
  • Make false or misleading claims about your products, services, or results in a way that violates advertising law in your jurisdiction; or
  • Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its underlying AI infrastructure.

5. AI-generated content

Videos and other media are produced by third-party AI models and are approximations, not guarantees of how a final result will look. You are solely responsible for publishing generated content in line with each social platform's rules for AI-generated content and with applicable advertising and consumer-protection law.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and details you submit through a request. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including sending it to our AI infrastructure providers) solely to generate your video and to operate and improve the Service. You own the outputs generated from your own submissions, subject to these Terms and the rights of any underlying model provider.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialReels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated output.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
